IT WORKS!
Few small issues though.... but it does seem to drive perfectly (though hasnt been over 2500rpm under load yet).
hissing noise when running.. from intake area, followed by loud vacum/sucking niose when engine turned off.
Smoke in bonnet, from downpipe/manifold area - however does not smell smokey, and does not increase when hand is covering exhaust. However it is very easy to compleatly block the exhaust by hand, and it wasnt before....
Exhaust smoke is still white, but after running a little it has reduced, I think it is just wd40 burning off since oil level is the same.
Exhaust is also spitting water, but i think it was before.... but again, water level hasnt moved much (small drip from a hose somewhere)
Still cant get the stupid snaped bolt out of the seat mounting... new screw extractors are crappy
but seat is back in, with 4/5 bolts torqued up. not sure if the seat should be used but I think it is safe.
Thanks for pictures, I tried rewiring it before I saw them, and accidentally wired the starter so it was always on... made a huge spark when I put battery back in...
Seems battery was flat yesterday and clicking is normal.
