i was on my way to collect my 2.0 engine for my si i got half way and ended up in a 5 car pile up i was at the back, even tho it wasn't completey my fault, i reacon it was the domino effect one car break then another then another until a complete stop

my car was bad the other cars were drivable i had to get a tow truck ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£150!!!!!!!!!!!!!! for 50 miles i as lucky my house was only 49.6 miles away or it would have been another ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£50!

i got a bit of a stiff neck but i'm ok every1 else was fine so thats the main thing

i not sure what to do now ?as the insurance is so going 2 go up and i really liked the mk2, looks lke the si will return soon by the looks of things

Had a word to this bloke I know that does insurance claims, hes a soliciter,

I said ti him I know a lad whos just been involed in a pile up and he was at the back, so would the bloke in front of him claim against him?

He said yeah but the thing is there are so many answers for it all, like the reason why there was a pile up it could be blamed on the people in front.
But he said that cases like that are always the hardest to sort out because you cant put blame on certain people driving cause, lets say there was a crash but the people behind should in theory be able to brake in time to not join the accident, but then he said it depends on the circumstances and all that bollocks.

Phil I hope your insurance gets sorted out, and hopefully doesnt go up

Hope your neck gets better too!

By the looks of it I doubt you'll bring the mk2 back to life! Lets hope the 2.0ltr si comes back soon tho
