ok i have started shopping and with lots of the parts now turning up for it was time to make a post!!!

what im starting to build with help from russ and his bro tom is a 1.8 turbo, spec wise :
T3
RS1800 cams
Zetec turbo manifold (zorst)
FRST intercooler
ERST crossover
ERST lsd box
helix Group 'N' clutch
de-compression plate ( it will be ok )

thats as far as i have got so far but as i go no dout spec will change and me added

im not looking for a mental bhp aiming and sticking with 200bhp!!!

off to clean out the shead and start stripping today. so pic's and info coming as i do the work, dont expect it to be done by next week but would be nice for ford fair but dont want to rush it.


and the plan is to paint the engine before it goes in, abit of show!!!

as i said here is some pic's not every thing but some of the stuff
standard FRST intercooler plan is to hide this asmuch as i can so the car looks standard.
decompression plate, 2mm thick lower ratio by around 1.6%
crossover pipe from a S1 ERST ( i think )
Turbo Timer, not really needed but a bit of in car bling!!!
"Can you say turbo?" well its a T3 of a ERST
Zetec Turbo manifold
bleed valve so i can tune it.


Have got gauges but the pic wouldnt transfer to my laptop!!!
Gauges: Boost, oil pressor, oil Temp and Water temp. building a pod for them will show pic's as soons as i can get them on here.

have got other lil bits but thats the main stuff.
