I use a hydra-blade and a microfibre cloth, works well for me and my Sexy van.

i just wash it with wax on a non sunny day and let it dry natuarally or use my wiper blade as a squeegy lol

Mattyboy got me a hydrablade for xmas (or bday) and they are extremely useful on hot days! Rarely use it tho, as its never that hot lol! Ussually use a chamois, can't stand them microfirbre clothes they are crap for drying in comparisson.

i think i will be cleaning my car more, i think its more to do with the massive dent i dont seem to care as much about how she looks

when thats finally sorted i think i will take up abit more bufty work as i really enjoyed cleaning her in the warm evening weather last weekend[cool]

Hmmm, I'll discuss with Ry and Scott then, and see what they think.

Cleaning a car is one thing, and people usually post it in the members gallery, which is where that kind of thing would stay, but for detailing we could use a seperate forum. I dont know, we'll see, but it could just be kept in the members gallery.

i haven't got the first clue what to do when it comes to cleaning my car properly[red], i have never cleaned it to the extent matt did to his rallye, that was a major task and the results he got were really good


so i would be interested to learn you pufty pro's on how to clean properly[lol]

its quite easy to get a good job done.. is all about attention to detail and taking your time really

Yeah, it really is about focusing on one part and taking your time with it. If you want quick results, dont bother detailing! lol

It may take a long time, to even do one section, but you'll be pleased with the results and will know in your mind that it's all cleaner than clean!
