My fiesta was nicked and found burnt out so i now have a 1.2 punto to mull around in. The rs2000 has been sold to, so i'm back to square one! Really gutted and i want to find the bastard who nicked my car! Also, due to a mortgage and loan to pay off it looks like i got to wait a year before gettin a new car.

Thanks! the worst thing was due to me being 19, my insurance excess plus an under 21 excess meant i got nothin for the car! i spent about 2k doing it all up to, and the cobra alarm did f.a! so dnt go cobra! lol

Still, i'm going to keep it ford next. Not sure what yet tho! My dadwants me to get a newer car but i really want a 2l fiesta on throttle bodies or something.

Also, the puntos my sisters car so its really light blue! doesnt do me any favours lol

Well i was a named driver on the insurance and my dad sorted it out and they told him that my under 21 excess was 300 plus the 300 already for being young and nothin was said about cobra even though they knew my car was modified as i declared it and that it had the alarm. They valued my 55,000 mile fiesta at £500 (buggers!) so said you are gettin nothing.

My dad ses he will get me a car for my 21st to make up for it. If he really insists on a newer car, then i was lookin at a zetec s, but i would rather have a mk3,mk3.5!

insurance campanies are dodgey people, you pay for your insurance thought the year, sometimes over the odds and then when you have a crash or some scrote nicks your car they refuse to pay out[angry]

ZS are nice cars, i wanted one before i got my Si, but couldn't afford it[cry] so i got my Si and i am more than happy with it[look]

Always get an agreed value, my Si agreed value was £1500, my excess was £300 but if was stolen Clifford would have paid it!

My dad suggested an ST170 focus to but we'll see.
My mates got a mint si that hes pampered but hes saving for a racing puma so hopefully i'll be able to get his once he gets the puma! Heres hoping lol

As you can guess, the punto isn't the greatest car ever and it is really slow, and as my fiesta was a 1.3, thats sayin something! Granted, it hasn't let me down yet (touch wood) and it does 40-45 mpg!

Just got to try and save some money up now......

Its got 65k i think and its polished and cleaned etc every weekend got new sills to, (even though i don't think it really needed them!)
Completley standard to, apart from a cd player!

I hope so to, but with my luck lol, i duno!

Also, my two mates one with the si, one with a zetec s keep arguing lol is a zetec s that much quicker than an si?

lol, i just want to shut them up as they both think their car is quicker.

Oh yeah the only other mod on that si is some rs2000 alloys of a mk6 escort!

what mods would you suggest to do to the 1.6 to make it a bit quicker?

Thanks, granted it was a replica but it was a good car 2 drive and i had the rs2k engine ready for it!

Yea never found out who nicked it as yet.

Well i would love an st170 wen i'm 21 but i don't know if it would have the same feel as a mk3 fiesta, hence why i'm registered on this website!

I rekon a two litre tuned fiesta would be a better drive and maybe quicker!
