After umming and aarring wen to get the little bits of rust and dents done on my si, ive finally began the process!!

Striped it down ready for prep at work today (sunday). only took two hours.cant wait to get stuck in!!

Th only panels not being painted are the roof, rear bumper, and tailgate.

Im hoping to be rolling her out of the workshop by sat 24th March. lookin mega bling!!!!

i'll keep u posted on the goings on of the repaint. here are the pics.

heres todays (monday) progress.

ive done quite alot today, ive surprised myself :oooh:

it shud all be ready for primer tomorrow aftanoon, jus little things to finish off. :drool:

there were more scabs of rust than first thought but if ur doin the job its gota be dun rite!!

anyway heres my pics of my 12hour mammoth shift.

Sills were ground rite back to bare metal as there was surface rust.

there you go guys and gals, hopefully tomorow nite you will be viewin pics of it in the booth ready for primer

!!!

oh yeh forgot to mention, my wheels went off to be refurbished today, and "apparently" because ford painted the scorpio wheel in a "chrome affect paint", they reckon that they cant do alot with them, which is a load of dog turd!!!

ive dun umpteen alloy wheel refurbs n never had problems with any, i reckon he didnt wana do em wen he saw the state they were in but hahahahaha he's gota do em now!!! thats wot im payin him for!!!! he sed a week but i want em on my car by saturday.
