Update...(17th January 2007)
Right guys, as promised here is an update with the work that I have been doing over Christmas and New Year, upto today.
Right, first thing managed to get my Si style bumpers back from the paintsprayer in early New Year and refitted the Espace splitter and a test fit before the spray. I am putting the standard Si bumper on back on the rear instead of a Zetec S one as has been done loads before. Plus, I want to keep more to the original theme of the car really... here are the bumpers in my garage ready...
Have also got my Cosworth 4x4 front brakes back after being sandblasted and plated. I decided to get pretty much everythink plated to try and stop things getting rusty and looking cr*p... So here they are, the guy at the platers was absolutely sound and put another clear coating on top of the calipers to give them even more protection from water ingress etc. So fingers crossed...it will pay off lol!
And the best bit! I managed to source a 2.0 Zetec Engine (Series 2) from a Mondeo estate Automatic which had been rear ended. It was brought from 'Croakey' off Fiestaturbo.com, pretty sound guy and once I have saved some more money up the progress can begin

Genuine Ford Timing Belt Kit for half the original price off ebay!
Spare Cam, Crank and Throttle Position Sensors off ebay for £10!
And finally, got some genuine Ford transmission mounts new off ebay also for £9. Was gonna uprate them with Vibratechinics ones, but didn't really wan't to be sat in traffic feeling the car vibrating as they are that hard lol!
Still got a lot of bits to get, including..
2.0 Focus Inlet Manifold
RS1800 Exhaust Manifold
2.0 Throttle Body
Mondeo 2.0 Injectors
2.0 MAF Sensor
Reducer Hose for Bigger 2.0 MAF, to standard plastic intake. Need to have one made up.
Right, I think that is more or less everythinh, so here are some pics of how the car stands at the minute... This is how it will be at the next Sixfields meet, which I am definately coming to know with a fellow Ford man from Uni lol! Hope it is dry!

, and the best news is that it is only £250 more than I am already paying @ 19. So the plans for the conversion have already sprung into action and I have managed to dig out the engine stand I got for free off Uni when they tried to throu it out lol! 
Now all I need is an engine to put on it lol!
