Right, as above really. Someone on a local car forum has bought a swift gti, and it has like cams and a chip done to it. I have no idea how fast it is, and think its probibly abit faster than my car, but everyone on the site recons it would wipe the floor with my car and would be good against a 180/200 bhp mk1 clio williams thing.

Now, its a 1.3 and as standard is like 110bhp, and with the mods he thinks it might be 125-130 bhp. Im just wondering, if it was standard, would it wipe the floor with me? And as it is modified, like how much faster would it be than my car i.e if i had say like an extra 30bhp, would we be quite equal?

My mate had a Swift that had diff cams etc, was a weapon, used to p!ss over my 200sx :(

I used to have a swift gti, i was running 140bhp, they are 101bhp standard.
They are quick cars but it would be a close race, it all depends on the driver and what mods you have done.
Standard Vs standard would be about even i would say, but if you had similar mods, ie cams. i would say the 2.0 would win.

I have just fitted cams etc to my 2.0 so am waiting for a chance to race my mates in there swifts. the 2.0 will have a lot more torque for the low down, swifts have to rev real high, mine had no power until 3.5k all the way to 8k.
