Right as my car hasnt been properly serviced while i've had it for 1 1/2 years and apparently probably hasnt had a service for a good time before that..

What do I need to do? I can't see the point in paying somebody to do it as I can probably do it with my spare time..

So what do I need to do?

oil change
oil filter
plugs
leads
air filter

(ive done the above today... car runs like new again!) cost me £63 in parts and about an hours work

clean the MAF
clean the throttle body
alternator belt
check gearbox fluid level

cambelt renewal
coolant flush and renewal

ive done most of the basic things like oil and oil filter change, plugs leads, air filter, but i havent done the fuel filter, can any1 give a quick guide to doing this?

This was my first oil change too when i done mine, very easy, oil filter bit akward, got into a right mess aswell :)

I got my mate to change the fuel filter about this time last year :lol:

I'll be doing most of the things as soon as I have cash, or I might be lazy and get my mate to do it at the garage he works at :rolleyes:

That im not sure of mate, i just know if you push the valve fuel pisses out.

I done the fuse option when i done mine. :)
