i would like to be at the back just cuz my fiesta is gunna be really standard. i want it to be seen a bit but you lots cars can get the main attention

But it will all come down to numbers that decide to go and the amount of space allocated!

dont think layout 2 is a good idea TBH, you'll only get people arguing over positions.
they'll go to Mouse and JonoSi anyway, just know for a fact they will

as long as i'm there i'm not fussed, hopefully wont have to change gearbox day before this year

oh and about the flyer's. if we've got a main banner for the stand then people wont need it plastering in their face on every car

No, they won't need it plastering in their face on every car, but the whole point is that if you have a list of mods on the same page, there is less room for the USERNAME. This was the whole point at the start of discussion, that people do not know what car belongs to who.

If there is a big username stuck onto the front of the car, or in the window, or wherever, it will be easy to read. With a mod sheet, the username will be small.

Shall I repeat? Because this does not seem to be getting through to people.

Also, the layout of the stand. All great idea's - I do like yours Paul, both of them. We just have to think of practicality as well as anything else. If there is a big queue coming into the car park, it's going to cause problems with us shuffling about. Which is why I am going to get there a bit early so I can direct people in and set up the stand as needs be, with minimal fuss. Of course, we do have a long time to go yet, so calm down, calm down!

Anyways, it does indeed look like we will be having a big stand, at least bigger than last years, so lets hope they give us the room to do something like the above. If we only have enough room for cars to park comfortably, a plan like arranging cars into a pretty display is not going to be feasable.

Each person do their own mod sheet, with some sort of template, so there is a bit of conformity.

I shall do the username sheet, which each person can collect upon their signing of the register.
