What budget you on fella? You can spend shedloads on alarms, or get basic jobbies. Do you want a Cat1 one? Need any extra's (motion/tilt sensors, wheel sensors, dual zone proximty, total closure etc)?

The world is your oyster. I had a Clifford Concept 300 on the Fiesta, and have a Clifford Concept 650 on the Pulsar. No probs, first hand experience, none of this "well my mate said...." or "I heard..."

Im not too sure how much i really got to spend, gona see if i can get someone to get me one for christmas :).

I just want one a basic one really, i.e. goes off if someone opens doors, bonnet, tailgate, if they attempt to start car, maybe smash the window (had me stereo nicked from me old car, by smashing the window).

Had a look at the clifford concept 300, that sounds ideal, but the site said it costs 479 quid, is that about right? i doubt im gona be able to afford that amount :( im probably looking about half this amount :( :( not alot really :(

but at the end of the day it all comes down to who fits it

I have a mate who works for a professional alarm fitting company so I got it for a decent price on both my cars. Looking at just over the £200 mark for a decent Clifford from him. Although you're a bit far to travel all the way up here :lol:

£479 is hella steep for a concept 300, they're dated now, the 600/650 has pretty much replaced it, and comes with dual zone as standard.
