the screen, loom, rubbers, switch

probably best to get an experienced fitter to do it

you should be able to get a screen from your local scrappers.. (so then you can get the rest of the wiring/switch etc) youll need a sharp stanley knife to cut it from the origional rubber..

then pay somone who know what there doing to put it in, i wouldent want to risk messing up a heated screen (rare as fook)

and if your confident with the wiring then you should be able to fit the rest yourself
