Buy something off a bloke on ebay.. sells car parts, loads and loads of feedback.

Email him about buying exhaust of him, emails back within the hour and sorted. Sent money via paypal.

Thursday last week only recieve backbox, delivery guy said thats all it was and it said 1 of 1 package 20kg on the note, fair enough maybe the middle pipe is sent separately.

The bloke i email back, not a thing back from him. hes got brilliant feedback, i cant understand it. I was looking for his phone number, if i dont find one and dont get any responce or middle exhaust bit i will just fail a complaint through paypal.

Too many people taking the p!ss at the mo on there.
its really put me off the last couple of months

But i hope this guy sends out your stuff and proves us wrong,if not play holy f*ck,or the small claims could be another option ,as e-bay don't seem to give a f*ck anymore!!!!

ive just bought an external modem, only a matter of ÃƒÆ’Ã¢â‚¬Å¡Ãƒâ€šÃ‚Â£15 or so, but it's gona fall into the category of "too small to make a claim",
the guy ent gona send it or say it got lost,
bastards.

some people are fuckers

but if you payed through paypal you can still claim money back. just make a buyer complaint and if they havent proved postage, then within 30 days paypal will give you the money back.

but it has downfalls if you are the seller, cause if you dont prove postage you can get fucked over by the buyer who can say look he didnt send it, then get the item and the cash

happened to me a few times when selling cheap cds on ebay :rolleyes:

always send recorded, thats what i do, if they want it they can pay for the bloody recorded postage, paul paypal should give you your money back as its "item not as described"

i have had a few problems, but as i said above there IS a minimum amount to claim back, and thats about 15 quid

got a thing through post, 10 quid off when you spend over 60.. riiiight...
