oh realy

right
at the clutch pedal un clip a clip on the right hand side top ov the pedal,
undo the two 13mm nuts holding the clutch pedal bracket on i think there might b another some where on the bracket,
get the cable of if it hasnt snapped already,
then if u bought a rachet kit thay might have instructions on how to put all the racheting bits togeather

but its quite easy its just in a tight space to get the pedal of,
enjoy

Oh my 2i did this the week before I picked up the GTI :lol:

It never got fixed, I just scrapped it. It looked too hard to be arsed with it.
