Track session could be in jeopardy........

Had it running for 45 mins 2 weeks ago and it just died investigations proved that the fuel pump wasn't priming - it had blown a fuse........banged a 30amp fuse into get it running but will get a 10amp fuse as it should be and see if it blows again.

Culprits are either a clogged fuel filter (will start there) or a dying fuel pump (not good as means dropping tank )

MOT is meant to be in may.......just got a puppy......remortgaged......and need to get bmw rocker cover gasket changed and up for sale........

not good about the pump fuse, has it died again since swapping it?

what session are you booked on to ?

not had it running since - changed the fuse yesterday - pushed it out of the garage and started polishing the wings up...but the battery was clicking and I couldn't be arsed with it

well it was running for an hour and turned it on and off no problems as before it would blow fuses!

rust front - doesn't seem to bad. arches really are in need of tlc but willonly find out on a mot lol

Just to update -

Car is road legal - will post updates in the facebook group due to photobucket being blocked at work

Also fitted a ram air induction filter with cold air feed, changed wiper blades and got some orange side repeaters on the way.

Enjoyed track - highlighted the crappy suspension and standard brakes as issues!
