Looking good there paul, good to see you making some progress

No updates as such.

But once I have completed my training contract nearer the back half of this year, pending a full time contract I shall be able to move the Si and all it's parts to a more suitable place.

This place being a RAF car club with ramp welders air tools etc etc.

I could take it now but I'm reluctant to do so, because of the slight chance of not getting a full time contract on this base.... which would mean moving it all again.

Eventually this project will get a swift kick up the arse and will get a lot of updates.

Update I guess.

Collected ST170 engine fairly recently and is sat in my back yard. Needing to find a company local to me who can bore it out to fit the pistons. And realistically I can build up the engine at my current address.

Full time position on the RAF base now although the car club changed rules on welding and then I struggled to renew my pass for this year and haven't bothered since. Going to pursue this again but I cant see me moving the shell 60 miles to work on it once a month.

Will have my own house and garage in about 2 years so unless I can get shared lockup.. The si will just be getting parts gathered for it lol
