By fords little ignition control you mean the thing that says esc and is kind of an ecu?? Because thats what have, the advantage to the 1.6s is its the same

Haven't updated this for a while!! A few things have changed, I have gone back to standard bumpers but sourced over riders for the front, i have some spax shocks and polybush top mounts ready to go on I just need some spring compressors!! Also fitted some spot lights 4 new 185/60/13's ( not cheap either )
I plan to fit better brakes (maybe xr2i ones with greenstuff pads etc.) and get a rear beam with an arb!!

As the weather was lovely today, I sorted the front bumper, straightened the number plate, cleaned and polished the car and also replaced the air filter!! Then went for a drive in the sun!!

I cleaned behind the front bumper and I was actually surprised how good it is

The old air filter was pretty old!!

One beautifully straight number plate!!

Hello people. Made some progress on the fiesta today, finally put my spax shocks on, had to give them a quick coat of black as they looked a bit rough tbh. Had a bit of a drive with them, the car no longer feels like everything is loose, I shall be 'testing' them on a long drive in the new forest shortly!! I also invested in an rs accessory kit, I have attached the front and rear bumper and now all I need to do is get some adhesive type substance to do the skirts!! And the tip of the exhaust now looks gay

On the way back from Brighton today, some dozy bitch in a mazda 6 rear ended me at some lights, which pushed me into the car in front!! The front of my car isn't too bad, just a light and bumper, the back however has creased the boot floor, I also can't shut the boot, I'm not sure if it's possible to pull the rear panel out

Thanks for the support guys Basically, she has admitted it's her fault etc. it's going through her insurance. I know they are going to write the fez off due to it's age. However I have had a closer look and it's pretty bent, rear panel, boot floor o/s/r quarterpanel and the axle has moved an inch or more to the left
I think it's going to be the end which is a shame as it was a pretty solid shell!!

If you're good at welding, You can cut off the required parts from a shell I currently have... I am only cutting a rear quarter and roof off it, so maybe you could take the boot floor and part which the rear beam bolts to?
