Hope uou get it back soon pal, sounds like a hassle over nothing, youd think these computer dependant cars would simply plug in sort out and away you go.

When my car went in yesterday morning they rung me at about 10:45am saying theyve done the MOT told me the issues and different options over phone, I told them to sort it and by 1:00pm theyd phoned saying done and ready to pick up. Pretty lucky to use a garage likethis, hes let my fiesta go through on the understanding id sort stuff out which is good.

Yesturday they were awaiting another seatbelt to replace mine with or some shit, i dunno, past caring anymore with cars.

Ringing them in about an hour to see what the deal is today.. probably the same as yesturday

They aren't slacking as such, its just a ballache of a fault.

Center rear seat belt is throwing up the seatbelt light so the mot cant be sorted until thats done.

They need to swap it out and tried a passat one that they borrowed but that doesnt fit...

So they are waiting to get one.


Im off to buy another car tomorrow night, as i need a car for work next week, then friday im off driving to devon for a week, and It won't be done in time for Monday now, too stressful ha.

Plus the car I'm buying will suit the Mrs as a first car... So not all bad.

My version of cant be arsed with cars is not touching them whatsoever, yours is sticking a cage in a cammed 2litre fez lol.

Honestly, I'm buying the MG, gonna run that until the Audi is sorted whenever that is... and that's it.
If she decides the wants the MG as her first car, we will keep it, otherwise I shove 12 months MOT on it and flog it on.
Yeah I have Jams Si to do, but that won't have anything sorted for a long time, starting wage in November is 12500 a year so I'm going to be skint!

Never know, I might flog the Audi and make a little loss on it, and buy a shit diesel!
