Right then, update time!

Got loads done over the bank holiday weekend on the si, am well pleased!

Got the other planned mods done, as can be seen in the pics. These are as follows:

Ambers fitted (as I love the retro look to go with the new pressed reg plates, and I like the contrast with the black paint, and I just love ambers in general anyway )

Also put some new stickers on

Also resprayed the wheels to freshen them up, and painted the wheel nuts and centres black rather than just rusty metal, which I'm well pleased with, makes such a difference!

Also fixed the handbrake (again!), changed the oil and filter, and changed the drivebelt too

Oh, and washed it!

Looks much better with the ambers on. where did you get them from? after a set for the Turbo

I have never seen them on an Si before either, with all of them leaving the factory with clears, and cant believe how well it works tbh. Wondered if the retro look wouldnt work with the more modern round bumpers but it seems to

Gotta say it, bar the stickers (only because I have gone off them) it looks pretty damn spot on.

Personally, I would get an FRST spoiler on there too.

Then pop outs.

Then a 2.0 engine.

The more lows.

Then a turbo for the engine.

Then take it around silverstone.

Job done

I know it's a run around/daily, and you have other cars and projects but this has potential to be a proper little sleeper

Looks fresh and clean as always dave. Ambers look a nice welcome change (although I still like clears also)

I hope this does see a beastly engine one day. Would be great with meilacks 1.6 turbo.

Shame it will never see it as its staying in my car!
