actuator broke so lee replaced it FOC - also meant the mapping wasn't 100% but he has said he wants me to drive it for a week and he will fix any issues FOC

Lee said there is scope for more boost but as i have a standard box we agreed to cap it at 10psi so the box is ok for now

Mapping needs fine tuning as it hesitates a bit when you are flat out in fourth and change into fifth - but will be amended soon!

full kms management (lee will fit for £1000 and map while giving £300 back on the fuel ecu )

The clutch isn't that old mate and the flywheel was machined when fitted

I dont think people say its completely hopeless to tune a 1.6.. its advised to avoid because of the cost which is cheaper on a 2.0 for more power lol

issues today for lee to sort:

slight exhaust blow
cold start is hard
hestitates when you put foot down in 4th
cut out in drivethrough and once restarted - touching the throttle made it cut out - maybe part of the exhaust blow/cold start/low end mapping needs fine tuning

but generally it drives so much better

As great as it is that power is out of a 1.6, I can't help but wonder what could have been if literally at stage one a 1.8/2.0 was used.

With that its most probably the cleanest si in existence!
