Right, I don't know what else to do to sort this clicking and constant false adjusting.. Every 1/4 presses of the clutch it drops and doesn't feel like its working until I release the clutch and it clicks back to original form..
I've replaced all the plastic cogs,
I've replaced the main clutch spring (fords),
And I've replaced the clutch cable countless amounts of times..

Any suggestions would be REALLY appreciated! It's getting dangerous to drive and as its my daily I need to get it sorted. Thanks in advance!

Off the top off my head I believe you can swap the whole thing over for a escort item
If you do a search something should pop up

I will have to look into that, not really sure why it's doing it if I've replaced almost everything to do with adjustment!

escort pedal does not work with fiesta, it sits too close to the centre console

It's all sorted now people thanks for your help, turns out who ever owned the car before me decided it would be good to not use ford parts, so after new ford everything it works lovely, the main quadrant piece from fords is more rounded and slightly bigger, so when fitted it was tighter and stopped it from adjusting! Amazing.
