right guys/girls ! time for an update ... phil has had the worst luck ever building this poxy thing so its taken a while BUT there has finally been some major progress 1st major problem was a helicoil was pulled from the block while doing the head bolts up i then offered him my spare block and that was sent off for a check up and that turned out to be fucked lol so phil then sent his block off to be re-helicoiled. this all took about 6578 years so there was a long delay. then when we came to take 2 we kind of 'forgot' that there were washers on the headbolts so we had to buy another set. the head was eventually put on and the engine came together. there was then the clutch options which took time but the man chose a AP 4 paddle after this various bits were painted or wrapped and added too and it was fitted into the bogey itself. most stuff has been plugged back in but due to having a larger turbo and actuator the bumper is being cut a tad to allow the rad and intercooler to be shifted forwards a bit. more updates coming soon as the car has to be finished and driving by the time phil is back from his holiday in the first week of march ! now for a few(lots) pics of progress and some others for comedy value
