hi guys dont know why ive never done a thread for this car but here it is its my dads old popular plus 1.0 4 speed fiesta that my sister used when she passed her test for many years untill it being stolen (again) so we got it home after a 3rd new lock set and door and bumper lights it was kinda straight again then dad smoked around in it for a while then someone tried steeling it again so that was it dad lost all faith in it so swapped for a few beer tokens and its now in need of a steering collum and a drivers door so i took it into work and then i gave the engine a check over to find out the head was gone and my mate was breaking a 2.0 mondy silver top (should be here by next weekend ) so heres some pics

then i took it to work and i ripped out the fire breathing 1.0 xflow with the 4 speed box

Which manifold? Standard or ST170?

right i got my 2.0 silvertop today but what flywheel and clutch kit do i need to run it on an ib4

Standard flywheel and clutch from a 1.6 zetec will be fine I would imagine.

It should do as its just a 4 speed version of the iB5 gearbox

okay a little update its got a 1300 xflow on the 1.0 box in it atm and i have a question for people running 6in mondeo si wheels what tyres are you running ? are you using spacers and how low are you as im in the middle of refurbing some in gun metal grey for this
