There's a a couple of quaint ones along the A30 between just off M3 J7 & 8 that are bit too small.

Best I reckon is gunna be the one at the fork of A30/A33 about 2 miles South West of the roundabout off M3 J7.
Only been there the once, and the name still escapes me at the moment, but it's attached to a Premier Inn (so that's criteria 2-4 sorted at least )
