Dont bother wrapping your manifold Ben, not front the head atleast, it's only mild steal and it will crack with the heat. Wrap it toward the starter motor and sump though to be safe it doesn't touch on anything.

Looking good. I'm not a fan of the blue though lol.

Those turbo crossover pipes aren't great for NA use from what I remember, you'd be better off using a standard zetec crossover pipe for a bit more power :)

In all fairness, it's a less than 10% gain, so you might never notice it, but so far from trying a couple of setups the standard pipe is the best!

Yeah K&N banana pipes are fucking shite, especially on 2.0's. You won't really notice any difference on the 1.6 to be fair. You might notice heat soak in the summer, but that's mainly due to the filter.

Yeah, it will literally do nothing because the filter will suck up more hot air from the engine than cold. The only time the filter wont do that is when you are going down the motorway or something and cold air is flowing into the engine bay through the front, but even during them conditions, the cold air feed wont do a hell of a lot to be honest.
