I'm finally putting the 2.0 in my car! There's something I'm stuck on though.. what have you guys done about the holes you're left with on the gearbox, where the starter and that goes on the mondeo. I went to fords to see if they made something for it but no :( help!

I made a small plate to cover the hole, as I was worried about stones getting in and causing damage. It's just left open on my other 2.0 Si though, and hasn't been a problem.

yeah, the gap shouldnt be able to let anything in majorly or let alone damage anything! if your anxious though just get some sheet metal or whatever, cut it to shape and fix it in the gap with super glue :P probably what ill do.
