carefull .. mr.scouse will be pushing 130bhp through a box designed to run 130bhp better get a superduper rebuild on the go though as that dirty northern air creates alot more resistance so you will have to drive it harder

holy shit theres an update

dont get too excited though it aint much. the box is still waiting to get fitted but im moving to a better lockup soon so will be fitted before that and i can get it out the estate then

finally got round to refurbing my wheels and getting some goodyear eagle f1 rubber stuck on them badboys as a christmas present to myself

popped over briefly and fitted them to the car but only got a couple of pics of one of them on. sam has better ones and one of when a mate came over to chat and ripped his exhaust off on a manhole cover

still need to get onto dmb for some graphics for the centre caps, unsure weather to go for standard rs logo or a carbon/red ford badge













not the greatest of pics but you get the idea. still have the cossie brakes to refurb and fit and rear wheel bearings to do then remove the water cooling to the turbo and clean the fucker

Looking good, id say rs logo for them but the carbon/red ford badge would still look good

already ordered a set of the rs ones mate

felt it would look smarter then the carbon look ones as i normally hate carbon, just wanted something dark greyish so thought of that

another update guys.

the box and clutch is all done and in now. not booted it hard yet till ive done a cambelt and tensioner plus a high pressure oil pump but i managed to hit boost in all gears without clutch slip now

the rs logo decals came and i think they look pretty spot on when on the car

also swapped lockups now for one thats actually dry too

think thats it on the update front. although ive found a couple of water and oil leaks which will be adressed once the rear wheel bearings are done and the rad still needs securing properly. then get the mk3.5 mirrors on for a cleaner look and im almost there













the cap locks for the front wheels dont fit so think i need slightly longer studs so will order those up asap and the pics are shitty phone ones for now
