Tiny update .. phil being the perfectionist that he is, is slowly painting the engine bits and collecting parts to have it all together etc. He was hunting egay and found a few parts that took his fancy so he purchased them He got himself an all black fiesta turbo interior will smarten it up a treat. he also spied from the same seller a black fiesta turbo steering wheel so he got that too im afraid i only have pics of the wheel at the mo but im sure you all know what a black mk3 dash looks like compared to the grey rst one

Black new and Grey old (obviously )

Will look loads better with all black, will complement the colour aswell well as its abit more modern looking as is black interior conpared to grey, if that makes sense.

Grey interior sucks dick so much. I'm glad hes changing it!

Right little update ... Phil has purchased my ecu with 195 chip, beige injectors and now also my Stage 1 Hybrid T3 turbo He also has just taken delivery of a Kent cam, Vernier Pulley and Victor Reinz headgasket set. The last thing to be delivered is the .5 oversize pistons that seem to have been kidnapped by the company pressing the gudgeon pins in then the rebuild will be completed. He is having some little patches of rust sorted asap and putting the black interior in. Pics will be up at somepoint but they are on my phone, his phone and all over the shop so may take some time

shall update for sam - engine is still half built as the guy fitting phils new pistons wouldnt carry on as he said the rods were like cheese

so now poor ol phil is on the hunt for some new standard cvh rods or aftermarket rods that can fir his pistons

some more welding was done over the weekend, so after some wiring the interior can go back in
