why you say that?

they go well, handle superb and sound awesome, especially with an exhaust. interior is lovely with an awesome driving postion. they are bulletproof too.

ben just decided to get something a bit more grown up now like, something that i dont need to spend any money on to make better. and keep money towards the future.. mortgage etc, and just generally enjoy life more, i spend too much money on my car at the moment to be honest.

When you drive one you will see. You have to rag the absolute nuts off it to go anywhere, a mobility scooter would be more fun to drive and have more torque lol.

Yeah the handling is good, and it's an alright looking car but they are boring to drive, just a true fact lol

i know you gotta rev them hard. thats vtec for you. i personnally love the feeling when you hit 5800rpm it goes mad lol i like high revving NA cars. the ignis is the same. after all its japanese and most jap stuff you gotta rev hard. if i wanted torque i'd buy a derv! :)

I don't find the vtec kicks in very hard on ep3's, where as jdm dc2's... now that has some serious vtec kick in! well my mates one did. I used to love that car.

But anyway, if you want an ep3, then get one! :)

not done a lot to the ignis recently.

just generally looking after it and keeping it clean. fitted some new wipers and thats about it lol

ive fitted the rear seats back in it, however it seems a bit slower now and doesnt pick up as quick. but im going to stafford next weekend for a driving experience day so it would too noisy on the motorway with them out.

ill probs take them back out again soon.

Had a quote today from our local ecu repair specialist in work to remap the ignis.

ive heard loads of good reviews about him, hes really good with ecus and he said he can do it for £150

so tempted to have it done seeing as its a bargain..

he says it should gain 10-15bhp so would then be about 135-140bhp then! :D

also planning on fitting my air horns to the ignis and still need to sort my fogs out!

but like ive said before not much else will be happening to it then as im hopefully buying a honda civic type r ep3. :)

Still not done much to my ignis recently.

had a new battery and osf lower arm, which was a bitch to fit, as is everything suspension wise on this car. bloody bolt was siezed inside the bush so had to cut it out and fit a new bolt from suzuki and lower arm for mot. ball joint was gone, it had been knocking for a while anyway.

plan is to change it in the new year, although part of me wants to keep it a bit longer. i was gonna get a ep3 civic type r but i might actually be going back to my ford roots now instead... i do love a fast ford. lol

most recent pic of the ignis though was after a good blast through some lanes, i think it looks at home with a bit of mud over it.
