I did nothing, I stayed silent and looked miserable whilst the girl who said "no" because she had a night out (she's always fucking out!!) Came into work and eventually the look on my face and the occasional "oh I feel really bad" made her change her mind lol I was rather selfish but she had last weekend, this weekend and shes got the whole of next week off! She will live.

What are your thoughts on the fact its a sprint?? I am just thinking about tyres/brakes, on a normal track day you take a couple laps to warm them up, but here I don't see it being an oppertunity?

Just have a warmup lap or two before you have some runs. You won't be able to get your tyres up to optimal temps and keep them there like a normal track day, but most will be on a fair level playing field (I'm running road tyres like most) but regardless, they'll be warm enough.

Also, does anybody have a power inverter? I'd like to bring my laptop to hook it up and check things out when driving, but need a power inverter. I also need a new battery, better get one today!

I'll bring a gazebo (non-waterproof but I think that won't matter ) some little camping chairs, a jack and a few tools. Should also have a GoPro and laptop but I have nowhere to plug it in so may need to use someone else's car for that if the missus doesn't come in her 106.

That's a poor plan, as they use two sets of numbers for different things, so number 2 (lol) is the toilets, but also the paddock parking... So, do I go for a piss in the black box 2, or the paddock parking 2? Piss up someones car is it?

Nope, I don't have a power inverter come to think of it! Bugger! GoPro should last, will just have to make sure the laptop is fully charged.

The website is just generally poor when it comes to info but with multiple sections stating "Please remember everyone involved in running Curborough are all unpaid volunteers and have full time jobs as well" you can kind of forgive it.

Yeah, it's only a little track so it's not a problem. Design them a new site Ry and get some more free trackdays out of it

I will have a shop around today and see if I can pick an inverter up cheap. My laptop doesn't seem to have a battery anymore. It's there, but only acting as a weight
