No I can't make it now I had to book well in advance to get the Friday off. Was really looking foward to it as well.

Yes, it would seem like an schoolboy error which has the potential to screw people over (such as yourself). But a bit more of a productive reply would've been appreciated rather than just "Fuck sake". I understand your disappointment though, especially so close to the event.

Well i'm ill. was tired after a days work and thats all I could think of saying. Just expressing my disapointment and annoyance as you say 4 days before the event i'm left with a day off thats useless to me and everyone gets a free trackday and I don't.

Can you not cancel your holiday?

I've already passed on these issues to David, and he's aware that certain people that have booked time off may not be able to do anything to sort out their situation. I've also expressed that fact that this may/will put people off attending a future trackday at Curbrough due to the mistake that was made. It's the best short term arrangement we could make and it is good of them to do what they have done in light of their mistake, but sadly there was never going to be an option that could of pleased everyone - He and I knew that.

Shit happens. It's the best we could do. All that stress over trying to find people for the event, asking around constantly, people dropping out, and now numbers do not matter.. Ah man feck this organising shizzle!

It's not holiday I get two days off a week and I booked the friday so I could come to it, I work all days of the week so getting a day off can be easy but not on the week when the rota's all sorted I tried this morning but no one will swap.

Yeah but also people put up expensive ones because they want more than its worth.
