182's are a bit more expensive an extra 1-1.5k that I wont have, I must say i'd be tempted by a small loan but I have stuff to pay off atm so wouldn't want to do that.

172 cups are as fast as the 182 because of what the lack, yeah i'd love Cruise control and air con and climate control and all the goodies but meh i'm also very happy without them, I live without them now! But its mainly budget at I prefer the exhausts on the 182.

So today I have clean the car. Last two weeks before it can be bought, I will probably put an advert up on forums first then official places when its ready to be taken away.

These and a couple of before the wrap will be used in the advert.

I will be putting it back to standard whilst its up for sale and dropping the price accordingly.

Oh and having spoken to people on cliosport now i'm going for any 172/182 in the best condition and in my budget, so Percy I could end up with a 182 :) depends on what comes up first.

oh yeah there are more cheaper 172's than 182's.

Not sure tbh, the rear end looks better with the 182 exhausts though! Probably is all it is tbh, its only 10bhp, the 172 cup is as fast as a FF 182 I think so theres no much in it.

nice choice of car to change to.

ive driven a 172, 172 cup and a 182 and you wont notice any difference between them imo. cups got really hard ride though.

ive been tempted to change ignis for one. always wanted one.

be aware cambelt change costs around £800. due at 74k. hence why loads for sale at around 70k miles.

lad on here had a stunning 172 in monaco blue for sale cheap not so long ago ill try and find it now.

Yeah I'm aware the cups are around £400 as no air con, the others are around £600. I've been on CS and done the research lol they are due every 36k or 3 years apparently!

I'm going to try and not mod it but I am tempted by a decat system and intake as then I can get the pop and bangs map put on it as well :lol:
