You'll love the power, you really will. Going from the 1.4 which had like 70 odd bhp and probably not a lot of torque to and engine which has a shed load of torque and nearly double the power will be orgasmic for you lol.

I do still enjoy driving mine, its a fun car to drive, handles amazingly, goes well, surprises a lot of cars and when I cruise around in 5th I can give it a bit of throttle and it pulls no problems. As a daily I cant complain, as a toy, I cant complain either really althought I do want more power

I've driven a LOT of cars over the years through various mechanical jobs, from 1.0 micras to 800bhp ultima gtr's and everything inbetween - ferrari's, lambos, nissan gt-r, big power mercs, bmw m5 (topped out at 209mph in that lol), 500bhp supercharged m3, various kit cars, elise's, single seater race cars... all sorts, and admittedly I want something with more power - like a zetec turbo in mine, or a cossie or something you know, but I've learnt to appreciate what I've got, and I've gotten out of the mindset of 'im a boy with a car, i want the fastest car ever so i can beat everything on the road and everyone will be slower than me' and im more like 'ive got a fairly nice car which is modded quite a bit, its a nice daily drive, its got a bit of power to play with and its cheap to repair' and that makes me happy.

But yeah, you'll love it, and you'll soon want more power, I'll put money on it. We all go through that phase lol.

when i got the car i just wanted to tint the windows, get alloys, loud exhaust but after seeing a lot of peoples cars and different tastes its inspired me to make mine as clean cut as possible. its like yours danny, bar the white wheels (no offence ) the car is all very clean cut etc. and thats exactly what i want, dont want to look a boy racer, but a car that people know someone who loves cars owns and not some twat who abuses it but yes, we will see. im making plans in my head about more power but dont want to jump the gun!

I do get bored of it at times, but the times it surprises other cars on the road is when it makes me happy.

Cossie in a mk3 has been done yes, not an si though, but they are the same cars basically.

Clean cut is the way, I would go even cleaner with silver wheels but white is just something different I guess. Suits the car in some ways, in others it doesn't lol.
