Felt like updating.

Alternator failed on way back from ford fair.
Exhaust mount weld failed as I got home.
It then overheated. Pulled over.. but didn't dare turn it off due to no battery power.

I have since fixed the overheat issue.. it was an airlock. And all Is well. I have also turned the boost down to 18psi until the new intercooler is fitted (cheers Matt!)

Will replace thermostat, rad fan switch.. remove rad.. give everything a good hosing through and fill with proper coolant. Also wanna do the fuel and oil filters and oil change.

Few ideas have popped in my head regarding styling.. but you'll have to wait till it's done.

Good job you didnt go out on track.
That was a beasty intercooler, will certainly do the job.
Looked mint at ford fair, should pull a headlight out more often to make people think lol

So things I have bought and need to fit

Thermostat
Rad fan switch
Tddi focus inlet with blocked egr
Intercooler and pipes
Tint front windows
Window deflectors
Citroen 15 inch steels need painting dark silver and rubber fitted
20mm spacers and longer studs
Jdm arches need painting black and riveted on after arch lip bastardising
Fix the blower fan relay
Fit dimmer switch to boost gauge as its too bright
Adjust alternator belt as I put it too tight admit squeals
Fit 6x9s in rear
More stickers.

The wheel and spacer combo should give me 40mm either side.

Need to replace rear shocks with Citroen/pug ones

And that's it. Done. No more modding.

Will look awesome.
