Also we need to make plans as to what's going on sunday morning. I think if we can all meet somewhere as a group and convoy in like last year that would be sweet. Even if it means one group of people leave an hour early to get to the other group of people or something then it will be like that.

What location is closest? Bo peep or hotels that people are staying in?

If the hotel is closest, the people camping will go to the hotels and meet them there, then drive up as a group. Yes?

What time are we meeting at said location?

Get a location everyone can meet. See how long it takes to get there and aim to be there for a time qe all agree but personally I'd like to be there for 6:45 max. As we all know how long the q was last year and I don't fancy that again I know you don't all have track time breiifing at 8:40 like me so if you guys wanna meet later I might go alone.
