Easy way of seperating... Get a foot pump a thick rag and get ready. Place the rag on the other side of the caliper so the piston doesn't smack bare metal. Use a foot to hold the caliper in place. Put the end of the foot pump that usually goes on the tyre - onto the bleeding nipple after you've loosened it. Then put your thumb over the brake hose hole. Push on the foot pump with your hand.

Take it easy and you can really gently pop the piston out!

yeah i tore the dust seal off. until i did that it looked ok lol. its only rusty as fuck

wheels in refurbs. collecting on Tuesday. also stripped the rear.

had to grind off some of the Torx screw heads because they were rounded off... top tip, don't buy value homebase gloves!

plus i wouldnt listen to anyone taking the piss about your ability to do your conversion!

the most id done to my si before i dropped a 2.0 in ( with a mate) was change some badges and swap my side repeaters to smoked ones :lolz:

just make sure you take your time with it :thumbsup:

ive done an aux belt, mounting bush bolts, a service, used a grinder (which scared the shit out of me) so its just a process so F you chris

picked up my pas set up from Paul avec door and windows yesterday at a campsite in oldham! fun times ey paul, struggled getting the box with all the pas stuff in because it fell apart! one more day to go

got the wheels back today. will let the pics do the talking!

only downside was the bloke couldn't get a colour match on the plastic centre caps. but i'm not using them anyway so it's sweet

my bits and bobs i got off Paul and a shot of the fez i got at camping...

and last but not least, my sisters mates capri s. he's not doing much to it as it's in pretty good nick. just keeping it standard.
