sump on with new gasket and Allen headed stainless bolts.
exhaust refitted.
hestsheild and crap refitted.
flywheel.
AP racing paddle clutch.
alternator.

tomorrow comes the box, starter and shafts!

Although I'm not looking forward to fitting the gearbox tonight :/ Sure I'll get it sorted.

Can't wait to see how it drives. Hopefully without any oil leaks, and then get used to the 6 paddle clutch!

Got the car sorted last night, driveshafts and starter on, made sure everything was fitted alright.. new oil, new gearbox oil.

The paddle clutch is mental

Downside. PISSING OIL OUT WHEN WARM.

I shall asume that this is down to the sump gasket on the half moon on the gearbox end, so need to drop the sump and re-do all of that. Zetec sump gaskets are a known problem, as the design is shit, and the slightest slip of the gasket when fitting means it'll piss oil out everywhere.

Can't see it being the rear crank seal, as I replaced that, even though the old one didn't seem to be leaking because the rear of the flywheel wasn't covered in oil.

Fucking thing.

Need to get manual adjusting clutch pedal on soon too.
