RS Turbo pop out windows would be the best way to sort it. They look cleaner and come in handy too!

Do they just slot in? Or need cutting?

They bolt in. There's normally a couple of holes behind the B pillar trim, put some rivnuts in there and bolt them in. Also behind the C pillar trim there is a pre-tapped hole which you put a bolt into too iirc. Cant remember from when I installed mine.

Rear window - no.

Front - technically yes because you can use a mk4/5 windscreen, but you will still have a rubber seal on the front unless you fill all the gaps with some sort of sealant.
