Want too keep it original, for now... so would I get Mk3 parts? Or Mk4 parts?

1995 should be MK3 then, but a picture would confirm it. You'll have a CVH engine. So get mk3 bits and bobs. But put a picture up just incase it's a very early mk4.

Yar. Thats why I always have part numbers to hand. Saying that, the motor factors I use (motaquip) are good and I know the guys in my local one pretty well and always get the bits I need. Helps that they are ford specialists too

Plus I get trade discount from them too, so it's even better!

Heres a handy tip for using motor stores, never srnd the missis.
