I work triceps and biceps on the same day lol Triceps can take a battering, but they need to be to get any decent size and definition.
Good advice though from Tango, I would add though, if you want to build a bit of muscle, then go for something like 3 sets, the first with 12 reps at a lighter weight (but by the twelth you should struggle), 10 reps at a weight increase, say 5 kilos, then 8 reps at a heavier weight again. If you can do it all and dont really feel it towards the end of each set, then up the weight next time from the start.
Oh yeah, fave of mine is the skullcrusher for triceps lol go look, its hard as fook but well worth doing!
Im doing cutting phase at mo, higher reps at less weight to lose bodyfat and try and tone up a bit, fair whack of cardio in this too. Get some boxing gloves to make it a bit more fun lol
