I just saw a picture on a proj thread on ZSOC of it out the engine, lightened balanced and keyed ready to go back in.

Might be the Ph1 engines that haven't got anything replaceable on the bottom end but i'm not 100%

So hopefully be fixed tommorow, thats if a battery gun manages to do up the crank bolt enough to get the crank timed up. If not its back to the garage.

Also sorted a deal for my wheels.

Set on (matt black... ) Ph2 wheels, With two brand new Spec 2's and two R888's plus a bit of wonga my way and he's driving down to me.

I'll be taking off the wing mirror checkers sorting out the silver grill and I know it'll look aight with black wheels, but will look at respraying silver in the future if I can be arsed. Want those Carbon effect centre caps for them

Shawspeed are the Gods of ZS's The guy is a pro.

Although he wont be able to map it, only chip it, my best bet will be to go back to AMD and get a reflash as they will tweak the map as well

But yeah, Shawspeed will do it properly, at a premium, but I have the most expensive parts anyway really so it will be mostly labour costs and a couple extra parts

Nope, Gonna be a about £2-300 for the parts I want, then i'll have the crank keyed, then fitting it all together safely and whatever needs replacing on the head.

Should be fun, hence why I think i'll save and do it all next year lol

Same, but literally zero rush. My cam can sit in a bag with a little oil, the other cam can wait on the shelf.

I will save money, then save money for what I want to do, then go from there.

Quite looking foward to getting these wheels, gonna whack the R888's on the front and wait for a hot day.. The matt black wont be epic but it'll do, better than purple !

Progress halted again due to not being able to find a bolt for a camshaft sprocket.

Always something with me, my friend couldn't find it i'll have a look for it when I get home in the daylight. Can't find an engine mount bolt either which is a pain as I need it off the drive
