Well that sucks. I'm sure you could flush it out if you tried hard enough. Have they showed you the broken pipe at all? Because if not, I suspect they want to take the head off because they don't know what's wrong with it and want to have a little look.

yeah i know its not cheap - but i get a free courtesy car and some come back if issue isnt fixed.

Yeah he changed the hose and showed me my old one and a spare new one - nice restrictor bits missing in mine :lol:

- and due to the randomness of the problem - what he says does make sense that every now + again the plastic shuts off so - rather then | (lets water past) causing circulation/heat issues.

He was good to me - didnt charge me anything for work done while there minus mot (flew through) he just said every other option has been exhausted and its head off now to examine it - he said he doubts its headgasket as its been doing it for 6000 miles :lol:

and a head gasket would have let go by now -

this engine pulls well - and ive put loads of new parts on it - and i know the history - new engine i would need a cambelt and clutch anyway, no way i can change an engine at home and theres no guarantee it wont go bang

So do most of them, Most of the RR days I see standard/exhaust moddded ZS's have 110ish. Panel filter and exhaust sees it on pretty much all of them

Meh, either way they all have the same power, just depends on the rollers. Most of them read in the 110 region unless there engine has problems
