I'm moving again soon to a house with a drive and garage :-D perfect for my engine swap, and my future house mate has insured me on her car, so I've got a backup haha.

Plans with the suspension sound good..!

Insurance isn't too bad, it's just when you pay it off in one go and not monthly you're not used to paying it out all the time, so insurance month stings like a bugger :cry: :lol:

In other news I have a pre-MOT booked in tomorrow to see what's wrong, if anything.

In the meantime, I bought some of these Energy Suspension shifter bushes which should improve the shift feel.

Also have some;

Heat wrap
Turbo blanket
RFB 600 Brake Fluid - Here's the as it's good stuff for the price.
OEM cam cover gasket (for when I spray my rocker cover)
And finally a short version of the OEM oil filter which ever so slightly increases oil pressure + saves a few grams of weight :lol:

Hardrace bushes, droplinks ARB bushes, etc should be here soon. Xmas delays from the US no doubt.

Small update:

Here's my Hardrace front and rear droplinks, Hardrace front and rear ARB bushes, Honda OEM RTA bushes, heat wrap, turbo blanket, energy suspension shifter bushings, RBF 600 fluid and a mini hamp filter.

And finally, some Mugen Gold 5-way adjustable dampers and springs:

I decided that 2nd hand Mugen/Showa suspension developed purposefully for the DC2 with an RRP of £1800+ is better than brand new budget £800 aftermarket suspension, if the price and condition is right. We'll soon see when it's on the car. Hope it doesn't drop it much. It states 15mm/20mm but I'd be more than happy with it staying where it sits now :lol:

Had both rear RTA's Bushes replaced, along with front and back droplinks with the new Hardrace equivalents. Feels much sturdier, but can't report just yet as I haven't tested it out properly as I have not had any alignment done. Want to hold off until I have all my bushes press into the arms. The rear droplinks fell to peices though.

Also, MOT pass with no advisories! Woohoo! Another year on the road hopefully. 8-)

On a side note, someone "man'd up" and put the wheels I want on their Teg, still weighing up the pros and cons. I quite like them.. Not sure if the fitment is a bit OTT though. This car has slight flaring on the rear arches.

How did you get on at Mallory? First corner is a nightmare, and I couldn't believe how late people braked for the hairpin.... (no runoff)

Thanks guys! Can't wait to get it all fitted. Not sure what will cost more, buying this suspension and having ALL the bushes related to the steering replaced or finding a specialist to set to the geo up perfectly over a couple of days. I guess we'll see once it's ready for that.
