you need to try them out yourself mate. those reviews are a load of crap on times.

and certain tyres are better suited to certain cars and certain driving styles.

try something other than the uniroyals and see what you think.

t1rs will be better in the dry i think..

Every tire needs a bit of heat in them to work properly, its how any tire works. The fact you say yours are ready and waiting probably means you dont drive the car hard enough lol

ill admit, not many tyres grip well on cold road surfaces, unless you buy a good winter tyre, vredestein wintrac for instance..

i just think the toyos are better in the cold than the yokos, we'll see if that changes come the summer..

yeah alot of people have said how good parada's are - but they must be shit

At the end of the day everyone is going to have a different opinion on a tyre.

Think about it logically, everyones car is set up differently, they have different weights, different weight distribution and centre of gravity, different amount of power and torque, different roads to drive on, different temps in the tyre and the road, different driving styles, different expectations out of a tyre and many more differences too.

Me, Adam and possibly Chris can be saying parada's are the dogs bollox and swear by it because of our experiences with them, but we live in the southern part of the uk, well is a tiny Adam is a bit further up then me and Chris, but generally its warmer here, so the tyres can get upto temps better ect, but if we was to go to wales or up north perhaps where its possibly slightly colder and more slippery, we might think, well fuck me these tyres aren't all that good. There are SOOOOOOOOOOO many factors involved when you think about it.

But as said, everyone car is setup different and runs different power and all that, drives on different roads with different driving styles, so in a way, most tyre reviews are complete bollox lol

fine i'll rephrase mine:

on my ST - pirelli pzero nero's which come with it were cack - but paradas were awesome and lasted 4000 miles more

I dont speak tyre but i had some pirelli's on my si and they was awsome even in the wet, the ones on it now are shite.
My focus has a miss match at the mo due do punctures and only having money for part worns but it still handles well ut i put that down to the car.
