That extra component on the coil pack bracket is a 20uF capacitor (you can see the 20uF marking in the photo). It should have 1 wire from it, going to the centre pin of the 3 pin coil connector (ie it's connected across the +12V supply to the coil). Suspect it's just for radio interference suppression. Doesn't really matter if it's fitted or not.

Can anyone confirm this? If its a turbo, im going to tape it to my exhaust manifold, run a wire into my inlet and get added boost out of this thing!

Turbo'd flux capacitor! Awesome.
