if you like power and speed alot of people will vouch for a 2.0 or 1.8 engine conversion whih is practicly just as easy as an engine swap

you can get bigger brakes from mondeo's and escorts as well as RS models

Nice looking si, gti's (or mondeo si's) wheels suite any colour fiesta si especially when lowered so you dont have to worry about wheels.

Have you any plans? I recommend an rs turbo bonnet athe mirrors and door handles but if you cant be arsed doing that then get an rst spoiler which has a black insert on them which will conplement the door handles and mirrors.

Honestly though it does look nice as is, if the rust isnt a problem youve got a minter.

Not sure yet regarding plans i would luve to make her special! But we will see.
Just want to get her running smooth and looking a bit fresher i.e paint work is scratched to shit, a few dents! Guess this is to be expected for a car that is 17 years old.
Fixed the idle problem to it was the hose going t o the maf senser i beleave. also fixed the parcel shelf and cleaned the interior really pleased with how well it came up!
Problem is back in work 2 moro no more time to play about

i cant really comment on your idle issue as ive had mine doing it for over a year now lol, but try unplugging the maf, see if it runs better, if so just replace the maf

check the vacuum pipe that connects to the bottom of the inlet plate under the cam cover breather, its hard to find but it sometimes slips off

but it could also be the idle speed control valve on the inlet

The idle issue is sorted now cheers m8! It was a split hose i think it runs to the maf sensorit was a pig to find.!
And i'm from cwmbran. yea i know used to work on a taylor wimpy site down there.

mafs the big cyndrical thing that goes between air filter element and the induction pipe, has a single wired plug coming off it

plays havok with your fueling if removed
