Anyways not arsed.

Decided as I don't have a project car anymore, I'm gonna build a budget low boost 2.0 zetec. Always said I would do one.

Obviously after all the things to fix and add on first.

But then I plan to fit megasquirt and a wideband on it in NA form, see what iit pushes out on Ford ecu and squirt.

Remove the foglights, one for cold air feed and one for an oil cooler.
Also fit a remote filter to it.. and anything else I can do before, which can be used for the zt lump.

Already got a cossie pump and fpr fitted.

Build up the engine over the year, no time limit but I might say Ford fair if I feel optimistic.

But its nothing special...
2.0 silvertop
Rebuilt up, new pump etc etc
Arp conrod and head bolts
Decomp plate and headgasket
Paddle clutch
Fit my erst lsd box to it
Blacktop plastic spastic inlet with top fed injectors
T3 Turbo, most likely erst manfiold made to fit, either tapping head or new flange on it.
Mated to my track slag exhaust 4" outwardly rolled tip straight thru jobbie.

Only gonna run 10psi.. keep it safe.
Looking at at least 200bhp.

Sounds good! I am looking into something similar next year too actually, just need to work out the cheapest most reliable way of doing it with the 2.0 engine while its in the car

sounds good paul, should keep your fingers busy those boredom nights. 10 psi is well within the safe area, its supprising how many people are actually running decomp plates these days, its so easily done with bit of the right know how and dosh

swap the engines i take it not take this one out and turbo that?

well you've been saying it for years, and consider the insurance cost of that, the 2.0 conversion will probs put you in the mid grand level if your similar to me in your NCB and years driving
