id deffo say they aint slow, but going of the 0-60 time and the fact we both should have 130bhp yea, id say it be close,

that and scamp said his 2.0 si was a little bit better off than his rs, and far as i know thats standard (at the time he said it)

yes kris i love mk1 mondeo's with plenty of reason to be fair, i didnt like my mk4 fez, nor my mk6 escort, that era of fords dont excite me, so i dont know how id feel about a mk2 mondeo (even though the interior is practiclly the same as a mk1)

anything after mk6 fiesta, mk3 mondeo im ok with, but generally i prefer mid 90s or older

and mondeo mk1 is the perfect runaround to fit the bill, comfy roomy, quite refined for the time, look great and who wouldnt like a mk1 Si 2.0 4x4, and theyre nice and cheap atm

ive wanted one for years

nothing i just get bored every now and then and want to see what other cars are like,

but mainly im shitting myself that i will write it off in the snow/ice, or whatever reason people like to get winter hacks

im trying to find a mondeo for around end of jan, as my tax is up then, and instead of retaxing just sorn it and swap insurance over, im really tempted for a mk2 ST24 estate in bristol, needs a clutch but is tax and tested, but estate part is putting me off, been there with the escort, wasnt bad but i have little use for the big boot lol

its mega cheap that one though

I don't understand why your gonna get a runaround for winter its a mk3 si at the end of the day. Plus don't drive like a tool and you'll be fine in the snow.

i have thousands of quid sitting on that Si, if i were to find some ice and end up in a ditch id be very unhappy, so if i want a Â£300 mondeo to replace it thats how it is

no one can tell anyone what a cars worth to someone, why you think i talk about it all the time kris? im very proud and happy with it, even if its nothing special to others

i think arosa's look and are crap, id never touch one in a million years but i dont let you know that, till now

btw seen a non sport last nigth, was abotu to take a pic for uyou till i noticed the missing spoiler and exhaust and rear discs (was dark)

it werent the sport it was missing everything yours has

it was just silver and had nice wheels

i bite hard A because im a moody cunt today and B because you shouldnt have said it how you did, it come across very bitchy

i know physicaly it can cope, its been in constant use wince 95, but i just dont trust ice and snow not to damage it, and im scared of that happening

i want a mondeo anyway so it seems a good time, but it wont be till after jan anyway

car looks good mate. 3 dogs would never go in my car though lol all that hair going everywhere! lol

kris the arosa does have a spoiler as standard, just not that one.

take it out on the track boys i honestly think the arosa would whip the arse off the fiesta as it handles better and i know kris is a good driver like, but would be fun to see whats fastest round a track.
