Hey guys just picked up my RS1800 from Cardiff on Friday and drove her 500 miles to Aberdeen and it never skipped a beat i hope you guys like it

The Spec:

Standard apart from K&N Panel filter, Mondeo alloys, RS turbo Bonnet, Green stripe kit, RS Rear windows and delock with socpian alarm remote central locking.

The previous owner had rebuilt alot of the car which is listed bellow:

-head gasket
-valve stem seals
-timing belt
-cam seals
-water pump
-front and rear main oil seals
-rockercover gasket
-plugs
-leads
-clutch
-gear selector
-alternator
-starter motor
-fanbelt idler pulley (from ford)
-fan belt
-thermostat
-sump gasket
-all shocks front and rear
-spings with standard rs springs
-rear drums
-rear bearings
-second hand hubs
-track rod ends and tie rods
-both lower arms
-new door mirrors

I have plans on Keeping the 1.8 engine but putting in high lift cams, Stainless Steel exhaust, Coil-overs, uprated fuel pump, maybe a Uprated fuel pressure regulator, uprated HT leads, uprated injectors if you get them, remap and re-spray.

i dont think it has had a rear quarter..

its a weird one, should be a mk3.5 being an m plate.. but the front hubs and shafts were from a mk3 as far as can remember...

coz darrell had some issues finding front shocks and hub and shafts for it.

i think its a very late mk3 rs1800..

although think the interior is from a mk3.5. it came from my si though with was also a bit weird.

NO1 dont get that one lol

thats for the Zetec Se, no the zetec, ashley do a zetec one but its for escorts and is a bit fiddly to fit to a fiesta, where you join the midsection, usually you need a flexy welded in, if i were to do it again i wouldnt bother if im honest, too much hastle, would have been fine without the flexy, the way its designed they absorb plenty of the movement with no fuss

nah mate thats for a zetec s mk5. the exhaust manifolds on a different side of the engine on those towards the bulkhead like.

i think this is the one you need

http://www.burtonpower.com/ashm20.html? ... WbRf=GBase

have a look in my post in modifications im trying to find a different manifold from a focus and make it fit a fiesta as people have done it before.

i had an ashley one on my fiesta before and the fitment wasnt great it used to blow a lot.

thats the right exhaust yea

theyre cheap and nasty but theyre the easiest to fit and cheapest

and pretty much the only one for a fiesta, even though theyre for a escort lol, ST170 ones are cheap but a bitch to fit, so are blacktop ones
