Ben, loosen the backbox, and front clamp... lift the middle of the exhaust up (stick something under it to keep it there..) tighten the clamp on the front, then sort the backbox out.. if it still hangs down like a bastard, get another hanger fitted just before the bend in the exhaust

I was thinking the it was wrong when I posted it but then I thought I wont be the first on this site to ask another gentleman to play with his exhaust lol

only thing to catch pumps on mine is the bloody clamps themselves ugh and i cant really move them as theres no room to tighten them in the tunnel (one at the back by tank)

Powerflow.. that would explain your issue! My old one was a powerflow cat back and that was fooking loud so I can't imagine what yours was like tuned with a mani as well!

i had a powerflow on my mk4 and it was very quite, untill i decatted it and removed the first silencer

Sunroofs fit fine, used one before.
I used that exhaust on the rs1800 and the pickup.. think I sold it on lol

Anyways.. just checked my tyres on the front, and have noticed the dreaded inner tyre wear due to lowering.. so will be getting some wishbones to create camber adjustables...

Just found a local garage (up the road a mile or so) which specialises in Fords too (got a EsCos and some rally cars out front)... so pretty sure they'll be able to sort out the tracking/camber on it without moaning about it being lowered!!

Nice plans matey.

Fixed boot Popper tonight.. and removed some wiring for underdash neons.

Popper is wired non standard, so will fit it to ignition relay properly to stop me opening it while driving lol
